Samantha Stosur has dropped down to number seven in the latest WTA rankings.
The out-of-form Stosur has been replaced at number six by China's Australian Open finalist Li Na.
Jarmila Groth is the next best Australian at number 30, with Jelena Dokic up to number 61.
Injured two-time major winner Lleyton Hewitt remains Australia's top ranked men's player also at number 61.
