Australia's Casey Dellacqua progressed to the quarter-finals of the Texas Tennis Open in Dallas following an upset victory over fourth seed Yanina Wickmayer.
Dellacqua, who was forced to play through the qualifying rounds to make the main draw, triumphed over the Belgian 6-4, 6-3.
She will meet Aleksandra Wozniack in the last eight after the Canadian beat her countrywoman Eugenie Bouchard 6-2, 6-2.
Dellacqua is ranked 106 in the world, having reached a career-high 39 in 2008.
